INNOVATIVE INSTRUMENTS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF CONTEMPORARY HRM MODELS
Abstract
Introduction. Contemporary agricultural enterprises operate in conditions of increasing market dynamism, intensified competition, and ongoing innovation-driven transformations. The specific features of agricultural production, including the influence of natural and climatic factors, seasonality, and territorial dispersion, complicate managerial decision-making processes. Under such conditions, human resource management becomes a key factor in ensuring the efficiency and adaptability of enterprises. The relevance of this study is determined by the need to systematize innovative HRM instruments, align them with international human resource management models, and identify approaches to their integration into the practices of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine.
Methods. A systems approach was applied to analyze human resource management processes. The abstract-logical method was used to generalize theoretical approaches; the systematization method - to classify innovative HRM instruments; and comparative analysis - to examine their application within international human resource management models. The logical-structural method was employed to substantiate the interrelationship between HRM instruments and HRM models, as well as to develop approaches for their integration into the operations of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine.
Results. Innovative human resource management instruments within the framework of the American, Japanese, and European HRM models were systematized in the course of the study. The systematization of instruments was carried out according to the digital, organizational, motivational, educational, and social components of human resource management. Priority instruments of international HRM models, the adaptation of which is most appropriate for the practice of human resource management in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, were identified.
Discussion. Prospects for further research are related to the substantiation of approaches to the formation of an innovation-oriented human resource management model in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and the assessment of the effectiveness of integrating modern HR instruments into the operational practices of agricultural enterprises.
